A Place to Call Home by Alice Sears. All Rights Reserved. I am intrigued by animals and much of my watercolor work has focused on capturing them. Roosters, chickens, cows, horses and cats are frequent subject matter with the occasional chimpanzee grabbing the spotlight. I am also drawn to paint Canadian prairie farm scenes, lake shores and still life including a few portraits.
