Bees are disappearing, dying off due to pesticides, malnutrition, and disease. Both pieces submitted lament the disappearing bee. Into the Blue, the translucent bees swirl into a vortex. What Happens When They're All Gone is a literal narrative piece created to provoke awareness without subtext.
