She graduated from Sunderland University in 2011 after studying photography.

She has had an interest in photography since she received her first camera aged eight. Her Grandfather was a great influence in her love of photography as an amateur himself during the sixties and seventies.

Her father also influenced her in the world of art, being a lover of paint and sketch.
