There are numerous cases of negligence and disaster occurring to our animals and ecosystems. For instance, unlawful killing of species, climate change, habitat loss, and more. We must band together to preserve our animals and keep them from being endangered because, without them, our world couldn't function properly. Overall, humanity's primary stress should be protecting our animals and ensuring a secure and promising future for our world.

This orphaned baby pangolin who was rescued by Dr. Mark Ofua from Saint Mark's Animal Hospital in Nigeria. The baby is being hand-reared and will be released into a protected area in the wild in 10-12 months. Here the baby is being prepared for his morning feed by the angel care-giver at St. Mark’s.

From the moment I saw California sea lions for the first time at the Prospect Park Zoo when I was fourteen months old, I felt a special bond with them. However, it was not until I became scuba certified and started underwater photography in 2017 that I found my true calling. I am currently working on a project called Seal Peace (http://www.sealpeace.com) about all the species of pinnipeds in the world. Through my photography, I hope to engender an appreciation for each individual species as well as their diverse environments and the challenges those environments are facing. As a researcher by trade, I strive to learn everything I can about my subjects in order to most accurately and intimately tell their stories. Each species has something to teach us.

The reason why the northern white rhinoceros is listed as the top endangered animal is because the prospects of the northern white rhino Leaving means that there is no more northern white rhino species in the world. White rhinos are divided into northern white rhinos and southern white rhinos. As of 2013, there are still 20405 white rhinos on the earth. However, there is only one white rhino in the north. 40 armed police are fully armed to protect it 24 hours a day, but how to protect it will change. No way it’s too old to reproduce.

When I saw the Center for Great Apes' post that a baby had been born I was so excited and happy! Sunshine and Cahaya are so sweet and I always look forward to seeing photos of them together. I hope I'll get the chance to visit them in the future.
