Usually, I do the paintings of the Songs of Birds, but when I saw the list of endangered birds, I could not help but somehow showing them in my artwork. These are acrylic and ink on clayboard and the one is acrylic airbrushed onto canvas. Listed on "Endangered" are some of the names of endangered birds and the song displayed is the song of the Kirkland's Warbler, a beautiful bird found in Northern Michigan. The extinct birds are no longer in existence and only photos or statues remain.
